EPS, Inc. was established in 1993 to assist properties with navigating HUD’s Multifamily TRACS system — creating 50059s for properties and submitting them through the TRACS system. Over three decades later, we remain a stakeholder in the Multifamily Industry, active in HUD’s working groups on TRACS and 811 PRA (Demos), and a trainer at Asset Management events and conferences across the country.
