Contract Administration
EPS, Inc. offers TRACS voucher, certification validation services, special claims and training to Contract Administrators. Projects submit their data and any supporting documentation to EPS, Inc. and we will reconcile differences, ensure that HUD rules are being followed and files correctly reported at TRACS, and recommend voucher payment.
