What we collect

- Download information. When you download a document from this site we record which document was downloaded, along with the same visit information described above.
- Information you send us. If you use the contact form or otherwise write to us, we receive what you choose to send — such as your name, email address, and message. We use it to respond to you.
Why we collect it
- Protection first. We monitor visits and downloads to protect this site, our services, and our clients — detecting abuse, probing, scraping, and other suspicious activity, and keeping records that help us investigate a problem if one occurs.
- Our own marketing second. We review how visitors find and use the site — which pages and documents draw interest, and broadly where that interest comes from — to understand demand for our services and to focus our own outreach. This marketing is ours alone: it never involves giving your information to anyone else.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share visitor information with third parties for their marketing or any other purpose.
- We do not run third-party advertising, advertising trackers, or social-media tracking pixels on this site.
- We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information on this site.
Cookies and analytics
Our analytics set a small number of first-party cookies to distinguish returning visitors and group page views into a visit. These cookies contain random identifiers, not your name or contact details. Blocking cookies in your browser does not affect your ability to use this site.
Who processes it
The information described above is stored and processed on our behalf by the reputable infrastructure providers that host this site and our systems, under their security and privacy commitments; they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Beyond these service providers, we disclose visitor information only if required by law.
Retention
Visit and download records are kept for as long as they are useful for the security and analytics purposes described above, and are then deleted. Correspondence you send us is kept as long as needed to handle the matter you wrote about.
